BODE accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all vintage items and custom orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
