This jacket is inspired by an 1950s quilt, probably made for a children's room. The original quilt featured colorful embroidered animals in each square of patchwork. We reproduced portions of the embroidery in beading on this jacket—Humpty Dumpty, Baa Baa Black Sheep, and the Cow That Jumped Over the Moon. All beadwork is done by hand.
